February happenings...

Our baby boy is 15 months old! He thinks he is 16. I am amazed at how much he learns every day and how incredibly stubborn the little feller is. "No" is still a word he doesn't want to grasp the meaning of. As you can see by the pictures he loves to get into any and all kinds of trouble. Standing on his chair, not just opening and pulling everything out of my cupboards - but climbing in them, pulling everything out of drawers, opening up the garbage can and taste testing all the goodies inside, playing in the toilet, putting every single item he can find into his mouth. He especially loves lotion, soap, hand sanitizer, hair gel and deodorant. He loves to torture Frank (the cat) and one of his all time favorite games is throwing everything out of his crib, pounding on the walls and saying "uh-oh" over and over.

Jericho is a very happy little man. Always smiling and laughing. He LOVES his daddy. He waits for him to come home and knows he is going to be chased and wrestled and you can see how excited he is. All day long he says "da-dy" over and over and over. Whenever we get in the car he starts saying it and if he hears a car go by he looks at me and asks "da-dy? It's rather adorable. I just wish there was a "momma" said once in a while. Unfortunately he doesn't even know how to say it :)
He was super sick a few weeks ago, but as always was a trooper. We had some rough days and we became quite the cuddlers. But he is now doing great and is as crazy as ever. I seriously can get NOTHING done and spend all my time chasing him. I guess it's good for this old lady. In just another month I will be turning 30!!! Holy guacamole! How in the world did that happen? I have to admit I'm having some anxiety over it....

Jericho and I will be going with my family to California on Feb 24th and I am so excited I'm about ready to pee my pants!!! We will be staying for a week and will be going to Disneyland, Universal studios, Sea World, and Knotts Berry Farm. Oh, it's going to be awesome. We will miss Wade, but since he isn't the biggest fan of our crazy Disney obsession I'm sure he doesn't feel like he will be missing much. I know he will miss his little boy though, they are definitely best buddies!

That's all for now. Have a wonderful day!

I will be missing both of you like crazy. Seriously, I think you'd better call a therapist to check in on me every day or so. I honestly don't know how I'm going to make it. I'm not looking forward to it, but am glad that you'll be getting a much needed and well deserved vacation to the happiest place on Earth.

Sounds like Jericho and Haize could get in some real trouble these days. Haize is out of control and you cant leave him out of sight for a second. They are so cute. I cant belive they are that old already. I wish we were going to Disneyland with you. That sounds way fun.

Oh I LOVE these pictures! He is so stinkin' cute & he sounds just like Mallie. In to everything! Apparently the phobia of Disneyland runs in the family because Matt refuses to go too! Have fun and I can't wait to see the pictures when you get back. :)
