Vernal Thanksgiving

Me and my beautiful sister, Nikki

Jericho- looks a little guilty doesn't he?

My super cute Grandma Nera

Handsome Jericho

We were able to go to Vernal this year for Thanksgiving. It was a quick trip, but great to see my family. We had a wonderful dinner at my Grandma and Grandpa Batty's house and as always I ate too much, but still wanted more. Then Jericho needed a nap, so we went back to my parents house and had a little siesta. I ended up watching movies with my sister and her kids and Wade went on a drive to do some photography. We stayed the night and headed back today since I had to work tonight (I'm actually at work, typing this at 5 am the next day. weird huh?)
I am incredibly grateful for my little family. Whoever would have thought I'd be married to such a great guy and have an adorable baby boy?? Not me! I feel very blessed and overwhlemed with gratitude. I am thankful for my parents who do so many things for me and have always been there no matter what. I am thankful for my brother and sister and for their little families. My sister is my best friend. I am thankful for my grandparents and for their examples to me. What exceptional people they are. I am thankful for Wade's family and feel fortunate to have married into such a great family. I am grateful for my Heavenly Father and elder brother, Jesus Christ. What an amazing gift we have in the gospel and the plan of salvation.
I am thankful for a job. One that I really enjoy and people that I love to work with. I am thankful for Wade's job and his wonderful boss who has treated us like gold.
Ok... so I could go on and on but I won't. I just wanted everyone to know that I am thankful for so many things and feel so fortunate at this time of year. I hope everyone had a super Thanksgiving and that you are all looking forward to a very Merry Christmas!

I love Jericho's little wings on the side of his head. Cody's hair does the same thing and I absolutly love it! Glad you had an awesome Thanksgiving in V-town!
